The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
Contact with us

If you contact us via the form on our website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data Storage
We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the subscriber are stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.
In addition, for the purpose of the processing of the contract, all data that you specify when registering for the event are stored as well. The data provided by you are necessary to fulfil the contract and to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties will not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to our finance department to fulfil our tax obligations. After the termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationships are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of the product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place, based on the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 § 1 or lit b (necessary for fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”)), which uses cookies to allow users to analyse the use of the website Information is transmitted to and stored on the provider’s server, which you can prevent by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have entered into an appropriate contract data processing contract with the provider. Your IP address will be collected, but pseudonymized immediately (eg by deleting the last 8 bits), so that only a rough localization is possible.

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent until the revocation.
