Data Privacy
General Information
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2021). In this data privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on our website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Data Storage
We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the subscriber are stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.
In addition, for the purpose of the processing of the contract, all data that you specify when registering for the event are stored as well. The data provided by you are necessary to fulfil the contract and to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.
A transfer of data to third parties will not take place, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to our finance department to fulfil our tax obligations.
After the termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationships are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of the product liability (10 years).
Data processing takes place, based on the statutory provisions of § 165 (3) TKG and Art. 6 § 1 or lit b (necessary for fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
Web analysis
Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google Analytics (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”)), which uses cookies to allow users to analyse the use of the website.

Your IP address will be collected, but pseudonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits), so that only a rough localization is possible.

Within our event offering, we integrate functions and content from the service pretix, provided by pretix GmbH, Berthold-Mogel-Straße 1, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany. This includes the ticket shop. When you purchase a ticket, pretix uses a technically necessary cookie to enable the ordering process and to remember which shopping cart belongs to you. The cookie is set as soon as you interact with the widget. pretix does not store IP addresses, browser information, or other unnecessary metadata beyond the duration of your request. Further information on data protection at pretix can be found here: https://pretix.eu/about/en/privacy
